Ray Benedicktus holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from Florida State University and specializes in customer decision making, satisfaction and loyalty, custom research projects, and marketing planning. Ray has thirteen years of experience in survey design and research study oversight and brings a creative approach to quantitative analysis and problem solving. He has completed advanced training in statistical methods including linear, multiple, and stepwise regression, ANOVA, conjoint analysis, cluster analysis, structural equation modeling, multigroup analysis, and critical-incident/content analysis. Ray has consulted with over 150 small businesses and enterprise organizations and works closely with corporate clients of marketing agencies and management consulting groups.

Marcel Saucet holds a PhD in Management and specializes in innovation, new product marketing, branding and management. He is also a partner of Laboratoire De Formation Consiel (LCAconseil.net). Marcel teaches at several business schools in France and southern California. His research is typically in topical areas of innovation, consumer behavior, and brand relationships. As a former product manager, Marcel provides an important perspective in delivery of many of our research and analytics services.
